Processing Time
We strive to process and have orders shipped out within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you’ve received your order confirmation via email. We will let you know once the order has shipped, or you can always check back into your account to see it’s status.
Shipping Rates
Cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout for both domestic and international orders. Typically, there is a default and premium shipping rate available. This will improve the shipping speed, but will not change the processing time. Please be aware of this when you are placing your order.
International Shipping
Depending on where you live and/or your order is being shipped, it may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT). These are incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. Potion Perfect is not responsible for the charges and it is your responsibility as a customer to pay them. Potion Perfect will not provide refunds for taxes, duties, or shipping (except where required by law).
Order Status and Updates
We provide you with an email once your order has shipped. If a tracking number is available, then it will be included in your order update. This tracking number can be used to check on the shipping progress of your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the information to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, then please contact us.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do accept most unused items that are in original condition for 30 days on most items. We will refund the cost of the item and any taxes collect at checkout. We do not refund duties, taxes imposed after checkout, nor shipping costs.
If your order is damaged in any way, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. These issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we will work towards a satisfactory solution.
